Return Policy – GRD Home Improvement
At GRD Home Improvement, we take pride in offering high-quality cabinetry and home improvement products. To maintain our product standards and streamline operations, we have a limited return policy focused solely on manufacturing defects.

Defective Product Returns Only
We only accept returns for products with verified manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns for reasons such as buyer's remorse, incorrect measurements, or changes in project scope.

Defects must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Clear photographs and a written explanation must be provided for evaluation.

If approved, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued.

No Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If a replacement is required due to a manufacturing defect, it will be handled as a warranty or return case.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Items returned without an RA will not be accepted.

All returns must be shipped back within 10 days of RA approval.

Shipping & Handling
We cover return shipping only if the return is approved due to a verified manufacturing defect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Products damaged during transit due to customer mishandling or improper storage are not covered under this policy.
